The ultimate Everglades tour
Take a guided hiking and kayak tour through Everglades National Park and explore this beautiful place up-close! Garl of Garl’s Coastal Kayaking is the only official Everglades Kayak Guide and he can show you all sorts of wildlife, depending on the season: manatees, alligators, dolphins, snakes, turtles, sharks, and many beautiful birds of all kinds! This is an unforgettable adventure for the whole family!
The tour is not dangerous at all and is suited for all ages. Single and double kayaks are available. The full-day tour starts in Florida City where you meet your tour guide Garl mid-morning to catch a ride with him into the park.
Depending on the weather the day will include a hike through Cypress forests, a freshwater paddle through mangrove tunnels, and a saltwater paddle on the Florida Bay for a sunset watch. During winter months you will also get to enjoy a night walk. Your day will conclude in the evening hours.
If the full day in the Everglades seems like a bit much or you have children with you, you are more than welcome to follow the guide in your vehicle and depart early (additional fee for the vehicle will be charged at the park’s gate).
A full-day tour through the Everglades is $160 plus tax per adult and $125 plus tax per child. This does not include the entrance fee to the Everglades National Park ($15 per person or $30 for 4 persons).
