$100 per person for dive charters and scuba courses, $300 for professional/tech or rebreather dive courses, and $50 for snorkel charters. Group deposits are determined on a case-to-case basis.

Refunds
Weather Impact & Unforeseen Events
Weather and sea conditions greatly influence how well our scuba and snorkeling days go. We have our fingers on the “weather pulse” constantly.
If inclement weather and sea conditions are in the forecast, we will contact you. You can reschedule (no admin fee charge) or receive a full refund.
If conditions are shaky (higher than usual winds/seas) on the day of your activity, we will discuss options with you at check-in, and you will decide whether you want to proceed with the activity. If the latter, you can choose between rescheduling (no admin fee charge) or receiving a full refund.
However, at times, we get blindsided by unforeseen events in the middle of things, be it the weather or other unanticipated hurdles, and we have to interrupt the activity. Interrupted charter trips: refunds will be given if the charter company allows it. This is not in our hands. Interrupted courses: You will only pay for the course portion you participated in.
Please review our refund policy carefully.
What is refundable?
You will receive a refund for any payments made if you cancel outside the above-listed cancellation times.
We issue a full refund for deposits/payments you made for dive/snorkel charters if we or the boat operator cancel a charter trip because of inclement weather or rough seas.
Suppose the Captain aborts a two-location charter trip after the first dive/snorkel location because the weather/sea conditions deteriorate during the charter. In that case, you may receive a 50% refund of your respective payment for that trip if the charter company allows for it. Please note that light to moderate rain showers and scattered thunderstorms in the weather forecast rarely lead to canceling a dive/snorkel charter.
Suppose you are participating in a scuba course and we can not finish portions of your course as scheduled due to unforeseen events (e.g., quick changes in weather/sea conditions, boat issues, instructor illness with no substitute instructor available, etc.). In that case, you have the choice to either reschedule the remaining portions of your scuba course (no admin fee charge) or to receive a partial refund for the non-conducted course portions.
What is non-refundable?
There are no refunds for seasickness, dives you choose not to do during a charter or a course, or if you “did not like the conditions”. There are also no refunds if you cannot pass a medical questionnaire or if you cannot provide medical clearance for a booked scuba course at the time of check-in. You can review the medical questionnaire here ahead of time: Diver Medical Questionnaire
There are no refunds if you arrive late or do not show up.
There are no refunds if you are ill and unable to scuba dive. Please consider buying travel insurance to be covered for such instances.
There are no refunds if a group of divers shows up with fewer divers than initially reserved for.
There are no refunds if you arrive intoxicated. To scuba dive you must be sober. We reserve the right to refuse any services if we suspect any form of intoxication.
There are no refunds in case of rainy weather unless the dive charter is officially canceled.
Purchases of gift certificates, gift cards, and payments for unused rental gear/airfills are non-refundable.
Students are responsible for paying for any training session they participate in, including pool training.
There are no refunds if we have to end a student’s class early due to a lack of swimming ability or other inaptitude or if a student decides to end the course early.
There are no refunds for booked/scheduled technical, CCR, and professional dive courses (Divemaster, Scuba Instructor).
There are no refunds for any eLearning codes/courses you purchased from us.
There are no refunds if you book a scuba course with us that requires prior eLearning for knowledge development and we cannot start the scuba course as scheduled due to the participant not having finished their eLearning before in-water scuba training.
Scuba course bookings through PADI Travel: Courses offered on PADI Travel do not include the respective eLearning fee to accommodate students who may have purchased their eLearning course already.
There are no refunds if students have not purchased an eLearning course separately (either from us, PADI, or TDI/SDI) before the scheduled course.
You must cancel outside of the above-listed cancellation times in any case to get a refund.
